SAMPLE AGENDA:

1. Connect & Check-In

-Intros: Meet the leadership team.

-Get Info: Pass a sign-in sheet for names, emails, and phone numbers.

-Get Social: Follow @glamourgals and your chapter’s IG. Add everyone to your group chat.

-Icebreaker: Check out this GG Themed This or That

2. The Big Picture & Goals

-The Mission: Share the GG overview and your chapter’s goals (visit dates, target senior homes).

-GG Chapters Platform: Show them the Volunteer Platform. Teach them how to create their personal accounts in order to write journals, access key resources and track their service hours

3. Brainstorm & Skill Build

-Idea Drop: Brainstorm new project ideas (officers will refine these later).

-The Next Visit: Drop the date/time of the first Senior Home Visit and have everyone calendar it now.

-Mani Demo: Run a quick tutorial on the signature GG manicure/makeover.

4. Wrap Up & Hype

-Goal Setting: Have everyone write down one personal goal for the service year.

-Group Photo: Snap a crew pic, post it, and encourage everyone to share!
