GlamourGals Contest Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
This contest is open to all active US based GlamourGals chapters in good standing.
An active chapter in good standing is defined as having:
- At least 10 volunteers on Chapters.GlamourGals.org.
- A senior home to visit.
- Paid the annual registration fee.
- Having no outstanding service reports.
- Being compliant with all GlamourGals, school and senior home regulations and policies.
2. Contest Period:
The contest will run from 12:00AM EST November 1st to December 6th, 2024 11:59pm EST.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, chapters must:
Write My Dear Friend cards during the contest period between 12:00AM EST November 1st to December 1st, 2024 11:59pm EST.
Log service reports for all card-writing activities as service reports on chapters.glamourgals.org.
Include the total number of cards written in each service report. Once this is complete, a link will be emailed to you to request a senior home.
When you are matched with a senior home, you will receive an email with the address - mail your chapter’s cards to the address provided.**
Chapter leader(s) can log as many times as they have finished cards.
**This is a reimbursable expense via the Chapter Creativity Fund.
4. Prize:
The 2 chapters that write and log the most My Dear Friend cards during the contest period will win a visit from GlamourGals founder and CEO, Rachel Doyle.
5. Judging:
The winner will be determined based on the total number of My Dear Friend cards written by each chapter during the contest period as totaled by the number of cards logged in service reports.
GlamourGals reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all entries and service reports.
6. General Rules:
By participating in this contest, chapters agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Any disputes arising from this contest will be resolved at GlamourGals' discretion.
