Treasurer's Responsibilities

As Treasurer, your financial leadership ensures your chapter remains funded, compliant, and ready to serve. Focus on these key areas to manage your chapter's budget:

Fees & Fundraising

Chapter Registration Fee: Organize the $150 chapter registration fee due November 1st, 2026. You can cover this by utilizing your school’s club budget or through fundraising. (Note: If you need additional time, contact GG National to request a deadline extension).

Plan Fundraisers: Plan at least one fundraiser during the service year to help pay the registration fee, purchase GG merchandise, attend GG National events and sustain your chapter.

Managing Surplus Funds: Keep in mind that any funds raised beyond your chapter’s operational needs should be donated back to GG National to support the broader movement.
