Vice President's Responsibilities

As Vice President, your leadership drives the logistics, growth, and team spirit of your chapter. Focus on these key areas to keep your chapter thriving:

Operations & Platform Management

-Supply Requests: Submit requests at least two weeks before a Senior Home Visit. (Note: Service reports must be up to date for GG National to ship makeover/manicure kits).

-GG Chapters Platform: Manage invitations and ensure all volunteers create accounts to track service hours, log journals, and earn rewards.

Chapter Growth & Engagement

-Chapter Events: Plan at least one recruitment event per service year (by 10/31) to grow your chapter and deepen your impact.

-Regular Chapter Meetings: Run meetings consistently to keep volunteers organized, foster chapter bonding, and share important updates from GG National.
